A CLIENT’S FIRST APPROACH
While maintaining and exemplifying solid principles is important, how you treat your clients is vital. Law firms are part of the service industry. They provide valuable services to their clients. Just like you, we understand that any company that provides sub-par customer service will upset and eventually lose their client base.
At TBF Law Group we treat each and every client as a top priority client. If because of time constraints we cannot do so, we will either hire more staff to continue this philosophy or turn down the client. It is that important to us. Accounts receivable at TBF Law Group will always come second place to our client’s first approach.
